Installation Support Thorntonbank Phase II Development (2011)

Bluestream ROV B.V. has been awarded the contract by GeoSea N.V. for the provision of ROV services for subsea installation works for the Thorntonbank Phase II Development.  The Thorntonbank Wind farm is located 30km from the Belgian shore in waterdepth’s ranging from 12 to 27.5m.  The Thorntonbank Phase II Development consists of the installation of 24 four legged jackets. Bluestream is operating two ROV’s from HLV Rambiz to support subsea operations. The work scope consists of the following ROV services:

  • Pre-installation survey
  • Debris survey & removal
  • Depth survey at jacket mud mats
  • Monitor pile stabbing, hammer penetration
  • Anode survey
  • Survey jacket mud mat penetration
  • Post-installation survey
  • Debris survey
