R&D Manager

I’ve worked at Bluestream since 2012. I’m currently responsible for maintaining the ROV systems and building new ROV control units in the workshop. But you’ll also regularly find me in the office working on technical drawings and ordering new equipment. What I enjoy most about my job is the close contact with colleagues: working together to get the best out of our equipment and beating the clock to get everything done on time.

Within the company, there’s a really strong feeling of being part of a family: everyone works together and we aim to end each and every day smiling. Of course, there are also stressful moments when everyone has to pull together to make the end result happen. It’s this energy and commitment that gets me up in the morning – I look forward to every day at work with my colleagues.
