Project Engineer

I’m originally from Croatia, and I recently moved to the Netherlands to pursue my dream career. With a background in mining engineering, I was always interested in the operational side of energy resources, especially in oil & gas and wind energy. I started working at Bluestream in 2022, and I was sure this company was the perfect match for me. In this fast-paced world, it’s a real privilege to work at Bluestream and gather new knowledge about the industry.

As a Junior Project Engineer, I’m responsible for preparing operational documentation before projects get started, as well as planning and coordinating the mobilisation and execution of the work itself. My goal is to implement project-specific procedures and technical specifications, and to communicate with our clients and sub-contractors as effectively as possible. My projects are always dynamic. Every day feels like a new adventure!
