Senior Inspection Engineer

I originally started my career with Bluestream in a vessel-based role, but I moved to the IRM department in 2015. Since then, our work has grown in line with the increase in IRM campaigns – which now encompasses almost the entire Dutch sector. I’m responsible for overseeing IRM projects and liaising with other departments on the equipment and personnel requirements to successfully complete the project as cost-effectively and efficiently as possible. Supporting the development of my colleagues is one of the most rewarding aspects of my role, without a doubt. 

The next challenge for the IRM department is renewables: there’s more and more demand for IRM projects in the renewables market, and we want to be there to meet it.
