Project Manager

I’m originally from Barcelona in Spain, and I moved to the Netherlands a few years ago, seeking new adventures and pursuing my professional goals. I started my Bluestream adventure as an inspection engineer back in 2017, where I learned a lot about one of our main areas of work and developed a lot professionally. I later had the chance to move into project management, and I’m really grateful to Bluestream for supporting me in this step forward.

As a Project Manager, I’m responsible for coordinating projects from inception to completion. What I like most about my job is the cooperation between the different departments within the company. Without that cooperation, it would be impossible to execute a project successfully, so there’s definitely team spirit. It’s great to see how committed and cohesive the team is when facing tough challenges and tight deadlines. I also enjoy working with our clients because it’s what gives purpose to our work and motivates me to fulfil the client's requirements as well as I can. The client and Bluestream essentially share the same goal: to successfully complete the agreed scope in a safe and cost-efficient manner.
At Bluestream, I’m surrounded by very knowledgeable, willing and helpful colleagues who work hard to deliver the best service possible. I enjoy new experiences and challenges, and I can honestly say that Bluestream has provided me with both. There’s something new to learn every day, and certainly never a dull day at the office!
