As a Crewing Coordinator at Bluestream, you're the linchpin in our crewing department. In this role, you'll be responsible for planning, coordinating, and recruiting freelance operational staff for our projects.
No day is the same, and your work is very diverse. You'll work with the crewing system, starting with planning operational crew for various projects. You'll collaborate with Project/Discipline Managers to ensure the right people are available when needed.
You're responsible for maintaining up-to-date personnel records in our system and entering relevant project data, such as check-in and check-out dates. You'll keep an eye on staff performance and ensure all relevant data is tracked.
In addition to personnel planning, you'll also arrange travel and accommodation, including general staff movements. You'll maintain contacts with external agencies and subcontractors regarding time registration and payment queries.
You'll manage the Personnel Competence Scheme and evaluations and provide information to the commercial department during the tendering process. Additionally, you'll check incoming invoices and ensure consistent layouts of various outgoing documents.
You'll also report to the Operations Support Manager about personnel competence and training needs. You'll ensure that training and development requirements are up-to-date.
You'll work 32-40 hours a week and must comply with SCC (VCA) standards and certifications. If you don't have them (yet), that will be our first focus.
