Your role as a Project Engineer at Bluestream

As a Project Engineer at Bluestream, you're the linchpin that holds everything together: coordinating between internal teams, external contractors, clients, and regulators. You gather information, create drawings, and give instructions for various types of campaigns - from dive to ROV to rope access projects. You ensure that all technical aspects of the project are in order and that all procedures, specifications, and instructions are accurately prepared.

You have a deep understanding of the project scope and ensure the implementation of any approved changes. Additionally, you're responsible for coordinating suppliers and subcontractors and supervising their activities. You develop and review operational documentation based on the company's QHSE standards and contribute to the development of equipment and tools to meet project requirements.

When going offshore, you participate in daily project meetings and toolbox talks to maintain effective communication with the Vessel Superintendent, Project Managers, and other team members. You also assist in the planning and coordination of project mobilizations and demobilizations.

You're proficient in both Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing.

There's always room to grow. At Bluestream, you'll have ample opportunities for that. We offer a supportive and inclusive work environment where you can bring out the best in yourself and where your efforts are valued.
