Experience
Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in a similar position.
Languages

Your role as a Project Manager at Bluestream
As a Project Manager at Bluestream, you'll have the opportunity to lead diverse offshore projects and ensure successful execution from inception to completion. This role offers independence, challenge, and responsibility in a dynamic environment. Your function is crucial for ensuring the safety, efficiency, and profitability of our projects.
As a Project Manager at Bluestream, no day looks the same. Think construction and installation, repair and maintenance, commissioning and decommissioning – all at the forefront of an innovative sector.
You'll coordinate everything from planning to execution, ensuring all aspects of the project run smoothly. This involves managing budgets, selecting the right equipment, and ensuring proper documentation. Additionally, you're responsible for adhering to quality standards and relevant legislation.
You'll closely collaborate with various departments within the organization, such as the Crewing Department and Commercial Department, to ensure seamless project handovers and execution.
What makes this role even more interesting is your involvement in crafting quotations and contract negotiations, along with the commercial team. You'll maintain regular communication with the client and document any specification changes or claims.
In short, as a Project Manager at Bluestream, you'll have the opportunity to leverage your leadership qualities and make projects a success.
Naturally, you have excellent spoken and written command of both Dutch and English.
