Experience
At least 3-5 years of relevant working experience in a similar position.
Languages
Excellent command of both Dutch and English.

As Tender Manager, you hold end-to-end responsibility for Bluestream’s bidding process. From the first opportunity to the final submission, you ensure the workflow is structured, smooth, and accurate.
Bluestream is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Senior Tender Specialist to lead and coordinate our complex bid processes. The successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact throughout the tender cycle, ensuring all proposals are delivered accurately, on time, and aligned with client requirements.
In this role, you will manage the full bidding process, liaising between clients, sales, and project execution teams. You will be responsible for overseeing timelines, addressing client enquiries, and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration. The ability to remain composed and focused under pressure is essential.
Beyond managing daily tender activities, you will have the opportunity to drive continuous improvement of our tender procedures, enhancing our competitiveness in the market.
