Education
Mid-level education degree in administration/secretarial and/or technical.
Picture this: you walk into the workshop in the morning and hear the buzz of colleagues working on technical tasks. While they are assembling, testing and preparing, you make sure everything behind the scenes is in order. As a Workshop Administrator you’re the one keeping the overview: from documentation to certificates, and from materials management to project preparation.
What makes this role fun? You’re never on your own. You’re part of a close-knit team where everyone knows and supports each other. Colleagues value you because you ensure everything is arranged properly and on time. That allows them to focus on their work while you can immediately see the impact of your contribution.
At Bluestream we work hard, but the atmosphere is straightforward and informal. There’s always room to ask questions or share ideas. And you’ll be learning every day; about processes and systems, but also about the technology around you. This way, you grow in your role and make a real difference in a dynamic, international environment.

Mid-level education degree in administration/secretarial and/or technical.
At least 2 years of relevant working experience in a similar position.
Good command of the Dutch and English language, spoken and written.
As a Workshop Administrator, you are responsible for providing administrative support within the workshop. You ensure accurate and structured processing of data in our systems, keeping operational processes running smoothly. You act as an important link between technical execution and administrative handling; your work directly contributes to an efficient and well-organised workshop.
In practice, this means you maintain equipment documentation in the company’s administrative system, manage rental and materials administration, and support project preparation. You also check certificates and documents, and arrange the necessary certifications by liaising with certification companies. In this, you are the main point of contact and the bridge between technology and paperwork.
You’ll also support the workshop foreman when needed and always work according to Bluestream’s procedures for safety, quality and efficiency. Naturally, you also contribute to compliance with VCA and ISO standards.
Who are we looking for?

You are confident with electronic document management and MS Office, and you have a good command of both Dutch and English, spoken and written. Not yet VCA certified? No worries, we’ll take care of that together.
