Crewing Coordinator
I started working for Bluestream as Crewing Coordinator in 2018. Having previously worked in the travel industry, I felt very welcome and was excited to enhance my skills and share my experience in this fast-changing, dynamic, offshore industry.
As part of the crewing team, I’m responsible for recruiting offshore staff to meet the clients’ requirements. Being creative and flexible is essential to deliver on those requirements within a given timeframe. The process of keeping people happy by ensuring optimal crew planning schedules is very challenging, but fits my previous experience and is a challenge I relish. Helping staff with their travel arrangements during mobilisation and de-mobilisation in high season is a crucial task that also makes my job really interesting.
