Bluestream operates http://www.bluestreamoffshore.com (the "Site"). This page explains how we use your personal data during your visit to the Site and during your job application if you apply for a job with us.

Personal Data
When you apply for a job with Bluestream, for example through the upload button which is available through the Careers page or by sending an email to careers@bluestreamoffshore.com, you can submit your name, address, telephone number, email address, motivation for applying and curriculum vitae (C.V.). It is also possible that you submit other personal data to us, for example in your motivation for applying. We will use this personal data to ascertain whether you are a qualified candidate for the role you have applied for and to handle your job application. 

Legal Grounds
We only use your personal data on the basis of a legal ground set out in data protection law. When you provide us with your name and contact details we have a legitimate interest to use this information to communicate with you. When you apply for a job with us we have a legitimate interest to ascertain whether you are a qualified candidate for the role you have applied for. Under certain circumstances we may be required to process your personal data in order to comply with a legal obligation. Finally, we may ask for your consent in limited cases. You are always free to withdraw such consent.

Recipients 
Some of our employees may have access to your personal data, only for the purposes described above. We may share your personal data with third parties acting on our behalf, such as the suppliers of our website host, human resources management system and our cloud hosting provider, who may only use your personal data in accordance with our instructions. We may also share your personal data if required to do so by law or court order, for example with law enforcement agencies or other governmental agencies. We do not transfer your personal data to countries outside the European Economic Area.
