HR Manager

I started at Bluestream in 2018 as an HR Manager, after six years working in a similar role in the oil and gas industry. I’m responsible for the full scope of HR activities and everything that comes with it – think recruitment, performance management, education and training, competence management and so on. I also act as a linking pin between the business departments and HR, and I’m often the first point of contact for line managers and directors throughout the company. Because of this, I’m now familiar with all disciplines within the company, which means I can give tailored advice on people management. I truly enjoy working in HR because I like to work with people at all levels.

Bluestream is a very dynamic organisation: every day is different, which often brings up new challenges. Working as a team is the most important thing: we’re able to contribute to the development of the organisation and its future success on a daily basis.
