Whistleblower Reporting Form

This form is intended for reporting suspected wrongdoing within the organisation.

All reports must be made in accordance with the Company’s

Code of Conduct
Corporate Social Responsibility Policy
and any other relevant internal policies and procedures.

Once this form is submitted, it will be forwarded directly and confidentially to the Confidential Counsellor acting on behalf of the Company, who will review the report and ensure appropriate follow-up.

A wrongdoing involves a situation where the public interest is at stake, such as violations of laws or regulations, risks to health or safety, environmental harm, misuse of funds, serious unethical conduct, or deliberate withholding of information.

All reports will be handled confidentially in line with Company policies. The identity of the reporter will not be disclosed without consent, unless legally required. The Confidential Counsellor will ensure that your report is treated sensitively, impartially, and with full respect for confidentiality.
