As a QHSE Engineer at Bluestream, you're the expert in Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE). You're the one we turn to for ongoing issues, and you give proactive advice on all things QHSE. You help maintain and develop our certified management systems, ensuring quality assurance in tenders, project management, risk analyses, and audits.

Your role as a QHSE Engineer at Bluestream

As a QHSE Engineer at Bluestream, you're responsible for promoting quality, health, safety, and environmental awareness within our company. You play an active role in advising our organization and ensuring we meet the highest standards in these areas.

You're continuously vigilant to identify areas for improvement in quality, health, safety, and the environment. This includes advising on QHSE-related matters, facilitating training, and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

 In practice, this means being involved in tenders, implementation, and project phases, providing QHSE support such as risk analyses. You ensure that our employees and subcontractors are familiar with applicable HSE regulations and provide necessary training and guidance.

Additionally, you contribute to the development, maintenance, and implementation of our certified management systems. You initiate, implement, and maintain QHSE documentation and procedures and assist in reviewing company-wide and project risk assessments.

Monitoring QHSE activities and investigating incidents are also significant aspects of your role. You lead investigations, analyze incidents, assess corrective measures, and monitor their implementation. Timely closure of non-conformities and audit reports is another crucial aspect of your work.

You're involved in planning and conducting internal, project, supplier, and subcontractor audits, assisting in external audits as well. You're also responsible for keeping abreast of new legislation, regulations, and company guidelines, ensuring their implementation.

Language Skills: Excellent command of both Dutch and English, spoken and written.
